If you’re looking for local support in Oklahoma, you’ve found it. Other’s will throw up a web page with “Oklahoma” splashed all over it to attract search engines. But I live and work in Tulsa and I’ve been a Certified Sage 50 (Peachtree) consultant longer than anyone else in the state.

On-site service is provided in the greater Tulsa area without travel charges, and in the rest of the state with travel charges as outlined below. On-site service is also available in the Springdale / Fayetteville / Bentonville area of Arkansas, as well as Joplin, Missouri.

RATES

Our standard rate is $150/hour

• On-site service is billed in quarter hour increments with a 1 hour minimum
• Telephone & remote support is billed in 1 minute increments with a 15 minute minimum.
• Standard rate applies 8am - 6pm central time Monday - Friday
• Monday - Friday 6pm - 9pm or 9am - 5pm on Saturday will be billed at 1½ times standard rate
• Outside the Tulsa metro area, billing will include travel time (one-way) and round trip mileage at the current IRS business mileage rate. Lodging and meals for overnight travel will also be billed to the client.
