Anyone using Peachtree in a multi-user environment knows that a few tasks, such as changing the period, require you to be the only one logged in to that company. But until version 2010, it would only tell you that another user was logged in; it wouldn’t tell you who or where.
Now you can go to the Maintain menu, choose Users, then User Login Manager. Peachtree will show you a list of everyone logged in to Peachtree. At the top you can choose between seeing all users or just users in the current company. Not only will it show you which users are logged in, but also which computers they are logged in on. Peachtree Quantum users who have administrator rights can also log users out from this screen or send them a message warning then that the need to log out.
