When you want to see one formula, just click in that cell and look in the formula bar. But have you ever found yourself going to cell after cell to check all of your formulas? In that situation, it would be a lot better to be able to see all the formulas on your spreadsheet. Pressing Ctrl+~ will switch between showing the results of your formulas (the normal view) and showing the actual formulas. Pressing it again switches back to showing the results. When the formulas are displayed, clicking on any formula will also highlight any cells referenced in it. If you prefer to use the mouse, go to the Formulas tab on the ribbon. In the Formula Auditing section you’ll find a Show Formulas button that does the same thing as Ctrl+~.
